Trivial Distractions: Seduction Quiz
I find that online quizzes and similar internet flotsam are a useful distraction if one has spent too much time reading about the Rwandan genocide. (curse you Tom Odom!)
Yesterday, I discovered an interesting one making the rounds at Livejournal, called "The Art of Seduction". Nice Flash interface, but like Ms. Dewey, requires a reasonably fast connection and Flash 8/9.
So, without further ado (because I'm sure all of you are anxious to find out my seduction style as determined by a stupid internet quiz), I present my results below.

it is somehow fitting that you're the warrior monk. i have resisted the fad on LJ but now that you've done it, i might just have to, too.
btw, i see my dot on the map! also, L really shouldn't log onto the site so much. his dot is ridiculously large.

Yuri, I was the cuddly Midas too. (The image of Midas juxtaposed being cuddly is odd though. He brings to mind the very negative power of turning warm cuddly children into cold inhuman statues.)

Another Midas. What's up with that? Is Aqoul particularly attractive to those Midas people or is it a facet of internet nerddom, generally :p.

It said I was "a black hole of scary disillusion and satanism."
I guess that's fair.
By the by, the "Strip Show" movie in the film section is hilarious.

Second, oddly Charlatan I think was my result as well.

is that a good thing that we have the same "seduction style", L?
I wonder who reads Aqoul in Riga, Latvia.

Riga, Latvia might be me. At least, my home connection showed up as Kaliningrad (the bit of Russia off on the other side of the baltic countries) for a while.

regardless, Riga and Kaliningrad are strange places to have a corporate VPN exit point. that is, unless you're based in the area.

Riga, Latvia: I'd like to think it has to do with the NATO summit they had there the other day.
Though from what I can divine from his foreign policy, I don't think Mr. Bush is an Aqoul regular.
Anyway, I'm the Algiers dot.

How the fuck do you find these things, DrDoug?
Besides, am downtown and have no interest in visiting the suburbs.
Posted by: eerie at December 5, 2006 01:05 AM
e: before i answer that question, do you REALLY want to know the answer?
if you're ever in Japan, you should check out the Swallowtail Coffee House. you would probably have way too much fun there. (link to article describing it http://www.wordpress.tokyotimes.org/?p=821 )
