Blast from the Past

In case you didn't know, old versions of Aqoul are archived on the Wayback Machine. Have a look: July 28, 2005; December 27, 2005; March 29, 2006; November 4, 2006.

By the way, we hit our two year anniversary in early July.

I've just updated the Newsroom per Lounsbury's feedback. Random blogosphere glurge (automatically pulled from Google Blogsearch using a long query) has been relegated to the third column where it will undoubtedly be less offensive. Also planning to build Ibn Kafka's new home this weekend, but not sure what the domain should be: ibnkafka.aqoul.com or obiterdicta.aqoul.com?

Kept looking in those Wayback entries but found no review of Ayaan Hirsi Ali's Infidel, and I looked and looked.

Re Ibn Kafka, let's ask. Obiter Dicta's provider came back to life, but he's not happy with them.

Ah you spare me eyes as well.

eerie, yes, I'd still be interested! I'd go for obiterdicta.aqoul.com.

I wonder about a few things:
1- Is it possible to post pictures? It doesn't seem so as far as I've checked, and I tend to try to lighten up my dreary prose with page 3 girls now and then.

2- My current blog doesn't fit the largest agregator of Moroccan blogs (http://www.maroc-blogs.com/) due to RSS problems (invalid RSS file, don't ask me what iot means...). I trust there wouldn't be any such problem if hosted by Aqoul?

Cheers!

You can upload pictures if I give you permission. Of course, I'll have to write up some instructions on dimensions, folder location, etc.

RSS shouldn't be a problem either.

OK! Lounsbury mentioned something about a mirror site - he suggested as an alternative that my page on Aqoul could be a mirror site. What does that mean - sorry, but I'm computer illiterate!

I'd go for ibnkafka, it's more confusing when blog URLs, titles and author names don't match well.
